Branch Business Manager — Icyerekezo SACCO Nyarugenge

Icyerekezo SACCO Nyarugenge (ISN) is recruiting a Branch Business Manager to lead business development and operations at one of its branches in Nyarugenge District. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement branch business plans to grow deposits, loans, and membership - Lead, coach, and motivate branch staff to achieve monthly and quarterly targets - Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated client complaints - Monitor branch portfolio quality (PAR, NPL ratios) and take corrective action - Ensure compliance with BNR regulations, cooperative bylaws, and SACCO policies - Represent ISN at community events and sector-level coordination meetings - Prepare and submit monthly branch performance reports to Head Office Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field - 3-5 years of experience in a SACCO, MFI, or commercial bank, with 2+ years supervisory - Proven track record of portfolio management and business growth - Knowledge of BNR microfinance regulations - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Fluency in Kinyarwanda and English Application: isnyarugenge@gmail.com Deadline: 19 April 2026
