1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Isoko Rwanda, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Isoko Rwanda is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access.
3. Posting Ads
You are solely responsible for the content of your ads. Ads must be accurate, legal, and not violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our guidelines, including fraudulent ads, prohibited items, or misleading content.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not post: illegal goods or services, counterfeit products, adult content, weapons, drugs, stolen property, misleading or fraudulent listings, or any content that violates Rwandan law.
5. Payments
Paid plans (Standard, Featured) require payment via Mobile Money or bank transfer before activation. Payments are non-refundable unless your listing is rejected by our review team, in which case a full refund will be issued within 3 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Isoko Rwanda a non-exclusive licence to display your content on our platform and in promotional materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
Isoko Rwanda is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from transactions between users.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
