Claims Officer — Prime Insurance Ltd

Prime Insurance Limited is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Claims Officer. Key Responsibilities: - Handle all claims activities for individual and corporate clients - Conduct claims analysis according to Prime Insurance Claims Policy - Gather all information related to client claims and maintain accurate records - Contact claimants timely and advise on missing documents or information - Process claims settlements within set timeframes - Prepare claims reports for management - Liaise with surveyors, assessors, and external service providers Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance claims handling - Knowledge of Rwandan insurance regulations and BNR guidelines - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication in English, French, and Kinyarwanda Application: hrmlife@prime.rw Deadline: 08 April 2026
