IT Digital Officer — COPEDU PLC

COPEDU PLC is recruiting a qualified IT Digital Officer to lead digital transformation and system management at its Head Office. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain all IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure - Administer the Core Banking System (Loan Management, Teller, and Savings modules) - Ensure data security, backup procedures, and disaster recovery protocols - Support digital product development (mobile banking, USSD, digital payments) - Provide IT training to staff and manage helpdesk support - Liaise with vendors and software providers for upgrades and patches - Prepare monthly IT reports for management Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering - 1-3 years of IT experience, preferably in a financial institution - Knowledge of Core Banking Systems (CBS) is an advantage - Certified in CISCO, CompTIA A+, MCSA, or equivalent - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Deadline: 09 April 2026 | Email: admin@copedu.rw
