Nurse / Midwife — Health Programme, World Vision International Rwanda

World Vision International Rwanda is seeking a qualified Nurse / Midwife to support community health programming in targeted Area Programmes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide clinical and community-based health services - Lead maternal and child health (MCH) interventions including ANC, delivery support, and postnatal care - Train and mentor Community Health Workers (CHWs) in target communities - Conduct health needs assessments and compile health data - Participate in district health coordination meetings - Prepare monthly health reports and document best practices Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Nursing / Midwifery - Valid practicing license from Rwanda Health Professionals Council (RHPC) - 3+ years of community health programming experience - Experience working with NGOs in Rwanda is preferred - Fluency in Kinyarwanda and English World Vision is committed to the protection of children and adult beneficiaries.
