Prime Insurance Ltd is inviting proposals from qualified IT companies and system integrators for the upgrade and implementation of a Core Insurance Management System. Scope: - Assessment of current IT infrastructure - Supply and implementation of Core Insurance Platform: policy management, claims processing, reinsurance, finance, CRM - Data migration from legacy systems - Training of 50+ users - Post-implementation support (minimum 12 months) Requirements: - Minimum 5 years implementing insurance software - Proven installations in African insurance markets - Local support team in Rwanda or East Africa - Demonstrations required before shortlisting Deadline: 25 March 2026 | Contact: it@prime.rw
