Sales & Administration Coordinator (Shipping Industry)

SHEER LOGIC MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS is recruiting a Sales & Administration Coordinator for a client in the Shipping Industry based in Kigali. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins - Share rate quotations, service information, schedules, and shipment updates - Follow up on leads using the CRM system and convert to bookings - Support preparation of commercial proposals and tenders - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, bookings, and client interactions - Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth cargo handling - Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports Qualifications: - Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Previous experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics is an advantage - Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills Application: hr@sheerlogic.rw Deadline: 19 March 2026
