Village-Based Advisor (VBA) Supervisor — Kilimo Trust Rwanda

Kilimo Trust Rwanda is seeking experienced VBA Supervisors to support grassroots agribusiness activities under the R-YES / Menya Wigire Project. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coach a team of 10-15 Village-Based Advisors in target districts - Facilitate farmer group training on agribusiness, SRP (Sustainable Rice Production), and post-harvest handling - Coordinate data collection on trained farmers and SRP adopters - Support field reporting, documentation, and MIS data entry - Represent Kilimo Trust at district-level coordination meetings - Verify and validate VBA payment claims and performance records Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, or related field - 2+ years experience in community extension services - Knowledge of Sustainable Rice Production (SRP) practices preferred - Ability to ride a motorcycle (permit required) - Based in or willing to relocate to Eastern Province Application: jobs@kilimotrust.org Deadline: 05 April 2026
