WASH Engineer — World Vision International Rwanda

World Vision Rwanda is recruiting a WASH Engineer to lead infrastructure development activities in supported communities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, supervise, and commission water supply systems, boreholes, and sanitation facilities - Develop BoQs (Bills of Quantities) and technical specifications for WASH projects - Provide technical oversight to contractors and community WASH committees - Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with Rwanda WASH standards - Train communities on operation and maintenance of WASH facilities - Compile technical progress reports for donors Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Water Engineering, or Environmental Engineering - 3+ years in WASH infrastructure in Rwanda - Experience with MININFRA/WASAC standards - Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project - Willingness to work in rural and remote areas Application: wvrwanda_sc@wvi.org Deadline: 20 April 2026
